When the crew first encounters Gwangi they flee from the creature but blocking their path is this beast! The Styracosaurus comes out to challenge Gwangi. It attacks Jose, lope and the professor but Jose tosses a torch at the creature and manages to scare him away and it sets his eyes on Gwangi. Gwangi manages to rip himself loose from the ropes and heads straight for the Styracosaurus, the two Dinosaurs start going at each other and a very cool and very memorable fight begins. Gwangi attacks his opponent and bytes him in his back and also tries to bite off its very powerful horn on top of its snout but the strong bones of this Dino don't break that easily. The Styracosaurus manages to topple Gwangi over but and it seems as though he has Gwangi beaten but Jose comes around and pierces the strong skin of the Styracosaurus with a spear. Soon Gwangi over-powers him starts to bite the creature in its neck and with blood and cuts all over his body he it falls to his death.
